Preferred Guests	Stay in a Living Corporate apartment for more than six months and be eligible to receive Preferred Guest status and a nightly $5.00 discount for further stays.

The above prices include one complimentary clean each week. Additional cleanings can also be arranged.

What does the rate include?

The quoted nightly rate (for both Deluxe and Executive style apartments) includes all furnishings in the apartment (including flat-screen LCD TV and DVD player), utilities (capped at a generous $6.00 per night), telephone line rental, Foxtel cable television, free high-speed internet and personal computer in the apartment.

Unlike most competitors, no departure cleaning fee is applicable.

Where are the apartments situated?

Living Corporate apartments are in prime Melbourne CBD (Central Business District) locations. Apartments are located at:

• 668 Bourke Street (near the corner of Bourke and Spencer Streets);

• 620 Collins Street (near the corner of Collins and Spencer Streets); and

• 8 Downie Street (near the corner of Flinders and Spencer Streets);

How is payment made?

Payment is made every 28 days in advance and can be made by way of Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club or American Express are accepted) or direct debit.

Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis.

A safety deposit of $1,000.00 is also required.

What is the minimum term?

Companies are able to acquire a minimum one month license for a Living Corporate apartment.

The longer the term of license agreed, the better the rate provided by Living Corporate.
